How we handle the personal data you share with us.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry we store the name, work email, phone number, company, job title and message you provide, together with the page the form was sent from.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your inquiry, qualify the opportunity and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
Consent
Every form requires an explicit consent checkbox before it can be submitted. You may withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship or prospect remains active, and are removed on request.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email info@code.id and we will act within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted to authorised staff, and administrative activity is logged.
