Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Identifyuser and requirements and perform FIT & GAP analysis.
In-depth understanding of dashboard concepts, KPIs, and data visualization.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Fabric, Tableau, or similar.
Stronganalytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
Abilityto work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
Evaluatecurrent IT systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Coordinate with developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to design system specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Documenttechnical processes and create user manuals or training materials.
Assistin managing IT projects from planning to deployment.
Provideongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
